HV Envases Especiales C.A. is a company with more than 23 years of experience in the manufacture, sell and commercialization of metal packaging, coil cutting service and metal decoration. For the food industry, paint, lubricants and others.

The factory is located in Venezuela. And has more that 150 employees between professionals, specialized technicians and workers.

HV Envases Especiales started its operations in October of 1980, under the conditions of a mix company. Haustrup Venezolana C.A. a foreign Dutch company with 49% of the stock share and possessors of the technology. The other 51% was represented by local investors.

Between 1990 and 1991, the local investors bought the total of the company shares, and Haustrup Venezolana C.A. Became a totally owned local company under the name of HV Envases Especiales C.A. keeping the initial objective of the first company.

In 1994, the company didn't have a well diversified production, offering only two different diameters and two types of rectangular cans (7 and 12 ounces).

However, it is in 1995 that the board of directors of the company aware of the competition growth and the fall in the production levels of their clients, decide to diversify the production to nine measures of diameters and a vast variety of heights, combined with 3 sizes of rectangular cans, obtaining this way a great variety of products that can cover the necessities of the market of packages.
